Transition Core
Transition Core services are designed to support teens transitioning from high school to college through activities such as college tours, financial literacy programs, independent living support, entrepreneurial mentorships, and life skills training. We ensure that their school-aged children are on track to achieve their educational goals by providing reading and math tutoring.
Women2Woman
We support homeless or jobless women by providing care packages, clothes, and the connections that they need to live independently.
Holiday Share
We facilitate annual holiday gift giveaways to ensure that every family can enjoy gifts during the holiday season. In addition, the homeless are given warm meals and clothing.
